OTTAWA — It looks like NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh is getting married, but don’t expect him to talk about it just yet. On Sunday, photos and video of a ceremony featuring Singh, 38, and a woman named Gurkiran Kaur Sidhu began appearing on social media. But according to Singh’s press secretary, James Smith, Singh is emphatically NOT engaged. Sidhu appears to have since deleted some of her social media accounts. Huffington Post Canada reported that Singh was a bachelor in January, but Sidhu was with him when he won the NDP leadership in October.
