A non-governmental organisation, Ebele and Anyichuks Foundation, has donated a new two-storey building comprising six classrooms and Information Communication Technology equipment to Isu Achara community in Ohaozara local government council of Ebonyi State. The foundation used the occasion of handing over ceremony to empower indigent members of the community, including widows, youths, artisans and the less privileged with a charge on them to encourage educational development of the area. Extolling the humanitarian disposition of Ebele and Anyichuks Foundation, Umahi noted that the foundation “has been a source of consolation, he has stood for the poor, as we express our gratitude to him, we pray that the creator will continue to promote him. “Over a decade ago, we started this journey towards emancipation humanity from the strong forces of under development and poverty through youth empowerment, social security and economic liberation. A beneficiary Mrs. Cecilia Njoku, who spoke on behalf of the others, praised the Foundation for its philanthropy, assuring that the empowerment with several gift items would improve their economic wellbeing and development.
