Gomes, while noting that fundraising was the organisation’s biggest challenge, expressed satisfaction and fulfillment in the achievements recorded since the inception of the home in 1994, adding that many of the children had not disappointed the organisation. The programme manager, Mrs. Yemi Aileru, while reeling out some of the achievements recorded last year, said at the beginning of 2017, the organisation had 19 children at the Ibeshe home but the number has increased to 30. “We successfully reunited 58 children with their families between January and December 2017 from Gbagada and Ibeshe homes,” she said. An alumnus of the home, Job David Ayuba, commended the organization for its impact on his life. The organisation touched my life and shaped me into who I am today,” he said.
