Nan Fung Group's LP10 in Lohas Park received 540 tickets, an oversubscription of more than two times. The developer said it could consider releasing additional units at the weekend. The clubhouse together with outdoor gardens, has more than 60,000 square feet, the developer said. It provides a multi-purpose sports field, a banquet hall, a nearly 31-meter-long outdoor swimming pool and an indoor heated pool of about 23-meters in length.
