Nasa asks internet for help naming new planets, regrets itNasa/JPL Caltech The Trappist-1 star, an ultracool dwarf, is orbited by seven Earth-size planets. Just some help naming the seven new planets they found recently in the Trappist-1 solar system. But as ever, asking the internet for help proved to not be greatest idea. They suggested the planets be named "Achel, Chimay, Koninshoeven, Orval, Rochefort, Westmalle, and Westvleteren," after the the Trappist breweries. These ones seem sensible, until you try to imagine explaining to an Alien species that they come from "Westvleteren" without tearing your tongue out.
