The ceremony to mark the transfer of these helicopters from the US Navy was conducted at the Naval Air Station in San Diego, US. @indiannavy accepted the first two of its MH-60R Multi Role Helicopters (MRH) from @USNavy in a ceremony held at Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego on 16 Jul 21. The Cabinet had cleared the proposal to buy these helicopters for around $2.5 billion just before Trump had arrived in India.
