Nawaz Sharif added that all possible resources are being utilized to preserve the sanctity, historical heritage, and spiritual environment of Data Darbar. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar was also accompanying Nawaz Sharif during the visit. Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar termed the Data Darbar expansion a historic and important initiative aimed at facilitating millions of devotees. Auqaf Secretary Ehsan Bhutta gave a detailed briefing to Nawaz Sharif and Ishaq Dar on the expansion project and the latest progress of ongoing development works at Data Darbar. The former prime minister and the deputy prime minister expressed satisfaction with the quality and pace of the work and appreciated the performance of the Auqaf department.
