An independence supporter who works for an SNP MP Alistair Heather has been caught out sharing images of "deeply irresponsible behaviour" on a ScotRail train. At about 8pm, Mr Heather posted images on X, formerly known as Twitter, showing the party he was travelling with in a busy rail carriage. Earlier this year, it emerged that even British Transport Police and Transport Scotland wanted to see the regulation relaxed. In April last year, a video emerged of SNP MP Mhairi Black breaking the rules after a football match. Mr Heather has been contacted for comment and given a reasonable amount of time to respond.
