Texas-based IPR Energy Group has made an oil discovery in Egypt's Western Desert, the company said on Tuesday, adding the find will be brought on stream rapidly. The prolific Western Desert play is, along with the Gulf of Suez, Egypt's top oil producing district and a core area for the likes of APA Corporation and Capricorn Energy.
