A survey of - among others - so-called "informed elites" has ranked New Zealand as (only) the 14th best country in the world. Not only that, according to this particular survey, New Zealand is the 29th best country to start a business, 22nd best in which to study abroad, and 20th most forward-looking. At least we topped the list as best country for a comfortable retirement, and third best in which to travel alone. They voted New Zealand the best country in the world for the fourth year in a row.
