The suit, referenced as GJ/0437/2026 and titled “Abusuapanyin Kofi Owusu versus Akosua Serwaa Fosuh & three others,” is said to no longer reflect the interests of the family. According to Kwabena Brefo, the decision to withdraw the case was taken at the family's instructions, indicating a shift in position regarding the legal dispute. The acting family head also requested details of any outstanding legal fees owed to the firm for services rendered so far. To support his claim as the new acting head, Brefo attached a letter from the Chief of Parkoso confirming his appointment.
