The new governor gave a confident first formal talk to business owners at a lunch hosted by Business Canterbury at Christchurch’s Air Force Museum yesterday. Dr Breman said the projection for the NZ economy was looking pretty good after three years of almost no growth. The other risk to Reserve Bank projections for economic growth in the year ahead was further afield.
