Manchester Airport has appointed a new airport marketing manager. Working as part of the airport’s marketing team, Shi will be responsible for the Hainan Airlines marketing support programme and will lead on Manchester Airport Chinese social media. The role will also see Shi head up Manchester Airport’s brand management and work with the airport’s Runway Visitor Park on event and visitor marketing. Charlotte Shi, airport marketing manager for Manchester Airport, said: “It’s fantastic to be joining Manchester Airport’s Marketing team and I’m excited to jump in and manage the airport’s Marketing. “There is so much happening at Manchester and I’m looking forward to using my previous experience and knowledge of marketing to promote all that the airport has to offer.”
