New shuttle helping vulnerable people get around Moncton


A new bus is helping some of Moncton’s most vulnerable people to get around the city more easily. But the 15-passenger shuttle isn’t part of the city’s transit fleet — it’s operated by the local harm-reduction organization, Ensemble Moncton. Scott Phipps, executive director of Ensemble Moncton, said the shuttle will help people get around Moncton who otherwise couldn't.
