Since August, five hearings have taken place in the Supreme Court, with the next scheduled on January 20, 2026. Absorb disabled officer cadets, instead of boarding them out, in allied fields such as Military Engineering Service, Defense Accounts, DRDO, Border Road Organisation or any other non-combat role based on periodic reassessment.
