Trafford, a £15m signing for the Clarets in 2023, impressed during his debut Premier League campaign at Turf Moor. Vincent Kompany, though, was unable to keep the Clarets in the Premier League. Personal terms have now been agreed with Trafford, who has made it clear he wants to move to the north-east.
