Newcastle United could be a great opportunity for Xherdan Shaqiri to get regular first-team football, according to former Tottenham goalkeeper Paul Robinson. Liverpool winger Shaqiri has been linked with a move to St James' Park amid Newcastle's impending takeover. The Switzerland international has made just four Premier League appearances this season for Jurgen Klopp. Robinson believes the 28-year-old would play often at Newcastle and could be part of "something special" under the new owners.
