Persimmon Homes has applied for reserved matters permission for the development of 388 new homes on land south of Horkstow Road and between the A15 and Brigg Road / the B1218. Approval of the 388 homes reserved matters application could see Persimmon contribute almost £3.1m towards local primary and secondary education alone. Road access to the 388 homes is planned via two new junctions. One would be via the B1218, while the other would be with Horkstow Road, almost exactly opposite Tofts Road.
