"Bihar has huge possibilities for the IT sector," Nitish said at the IT and ITeS Investors Conclave 2017 in the state capital. Ravi Shankar Prasad, Union minister for electronics and IT, and deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi, who also holds the IT portfolio in the state, were also present. "We are amending the industrial policy with regard to the IT sector," Nitish said. Expressing delight on attending an IT conclave in his home state, Ravi Shankar Prasad appealed to companies to invest in Bihar. Sushil, in his pitch for the state, said latecomers have the advantage of learning from mistakes of those who came before.
