MEXICO CITY - Mexico plans to ramp up efforts to identify the remains of tens of thousands of people scattered at forensic installations throughout the country. President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said Sunday the government will set aside whatever financial resources are necessary to resolve missing persons cases and provide families with closure.
