With Halloween just around the corner, police have urged the public not to carry any imitation firearm as props during the celebrations. The force also said on Friday that people should steer clear of sharp objects, offensive weapons or other illicit items. Special traffic arrangements will also be implemented in Lan Kwai Fong, Central from October 30 to November 1.
