No Face-to-face Classes For Isabela State University – The Manila Times

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: Isabela State University (ISU) will not allow face-to-face classes this academic year because of the coronavirus pandemic. ISU President Ricmar Aquino said they came up with a localized platform, the Self-Directed Learning Management and Support System. He said he directed all campus chief executives to use the model developed by the ISU management, but still allowed to use other platforms if necessary. He said they were open to partnership with other state universities to make sure students received quality education. Meanwhile, the ISU management coordinated with local government units (LGUs) that were requesting to put up Wi-Fi hotspots in different villages for online schooling.
