Hello GamesAt long last, whatever Faustian bargain Hello Games had with Sony appears to be fully dissolved, and No Man’s Sky will soon be coming to Xbox One, thanks to distribution from 505 Games. No Man’s Sky is still a name that will make people wince, like when I compared Sea of Thieves to it recently, but in truth, it’s actually a fairly impressive turnaround story. Nearly every major update No Man’s Sky has received has been pretty transformative, and I would expect something similar from Next, given that it’s been a while since the previous update. No Man’s Sky has grown several thriving niche communities who work together to explore and catalog the stars, even if the game still barely has multiplayer at this point. Hopefully we will hear more about this update from Hello Games soon, and a date for this Xbox/Next launch.
