Mr. Kerry has blamed former U.S. President Donald Trump for walking out on the Paris agreement and rescinding climate financing offers. And in addition, we have a loss and damage fund that’s been created that has to now take shape. I think that India and the United States really have a synergy right now. Prime Minister Modi himself has only spoken about 2070 so far... Well, I think India is showing a great deal of ambition.
