'No force can delay it': General election will be held in February, says Press Secretary ShafiqulThe national elections will be held in the first half of February and “no force can push it back”, according to Chief Advisor’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam. “Our Advisory Council, and the chief advisor will make a decision on the referendum. But whatever the decision may be, the election will take place before the 15th of February -- in the first half of the month. Highlighting the work carried out by the interim government, Shafiqul said the administration had made significant progress in several areas. The election work is progressing very well.
