An Australian man taking a Saturday evening walk on Sydney's northern beaches has found 34 garbage bags of cannabis dumped in bushland. The NSW Police said the man found the bags on the edge of a residential area in Terrey Hills and called police about 6.45pm (local time). The bags, filled with what is believed to be cannabis plants and seedlings, were dumped in scrub between McCarrs Creek Road and Kanangra Avenue. Police found more than 2,500 cannabis plants - with an estimated street value of $5.5 million (NZD$6 million) - on a farm in Colinroobie, 70 kilometres east of Griffith, on February 23.
