In his memoir released in 2015, Geir Lundestad, revealed remorse over the decision to give President Obama the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009. The Nobel Peace Prize was developed at the bequest of the Swedish chemist, engineer and the inventor of dynamite, Alfred Nobel, who left much of his fortune for the establishment of the Nobel prizes.
