SHAH ALAM: Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister Tan Sri Noh Omar will provide an explanation to the Cabinet tomorrow on his proposal to enable housing developers to offer loans to home-buyers. We have several housing developers that currently hold that licence. “I will explain this to the Cabinet tomorrow and leave it to them (to make a decision). Noh, however, declined to provide the names of the housing developers that currently possess the licences. Zahid then requested that Noh provide an explanation on the matter.
