Nominations now open for Laois/Offaly Garda Youth AwardsThe Laois/Offaly Division of An Garda Siochána is seeking nominations for this year's Garda Youth Awards. b) Group Award (groups of two or more, making a positive contribution to their community, making it a better place to live). d) Community Safety Award (through a crime prevention or safety initiative/innovation, have made their community a safer place to live). Winners of Divisional Awards are submitted to the national judging panel who select five winners in each category. Award winners will be celebrated at a special event on Wednesday, March 25 next in The Killeshin Hotel, Portlaoise.
