Nominations now open for the town’s person and group of the yearFROME Times’ Person and Group of the Year awards are back and it’s time to get your nominations in! The awards will recognise the person and group who have made a real contribution to the community in 2023. For the Group of the Year award you can nominate a group, organisation or committee; any group that does work in the Frome area. Don’t worry if not everyone from the group comes from Frome, what’s important is that the work of the group benefits the town in some way. Last year’s Frome Person of the Year, Rupert Kirkham, was nominated for leading Frome’s own radio station, FromeFM.
