Good news though, you can buy a muddy jean jacket to match the muddy jeans, also from PRPS, also for $425. Nordstrom touts its “deep caked-on, baked-in muddy smears” as a core benefit. Mike Rowe of “Dirty Jobs” fame weighed in on the jeans in a post that has gone viral, stating, “The Barracuda Straight Leg Jeans aren’t pants. They’re a costume for wealthy people who see work as ironic – not iconic.”Other social media users snubbed the jeans, suggesting they mock blue-collar workers.
