Norwich are planning to promote head of recruitment Lee Dunn in an internal shake-up, with assistant sporting director Neil Adams leaving the Canaries. He has been in his current role for nearly five years having previously been loans manager while he won the FA Youth Cup as Under-18's coach in 2013. Adams, 59, will leave at the end of the season having been in discussions with the club about stepping down as he looks towards retirement. Head of football development Dean Rastrick is also in discussions with Everton about becoming their academy manager. Rastrick returned to Norwich in 2023, having previously been assistant academy manager for four years from 2006.
