With mouthwatering promises and pledges the team had promised during campaigns, development expectations were highly anticipated in the region. Tens of earth moving and construction machines made its way to Kericho ready for the much anticipated ‘developments’ in the region. That was supposedly the last time the DP was seen in the region commencing hefty projects! This has created a notion in the region that being outside the government is even far much better than being insidemate. This should just act as a wakeup call for him lest he wakes up to a rude shock in 2017!
