The day for Liberia’s election draws nearer, to usher the next government of Liberia as President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Africa’s first female president who has resolute to successfully hand over power to next government, presidential candidates are doing all in their powers to succeed Madam President. The National Elections Commission, the institution which is clothed with the responsibility to conduct these elections come October 10, 2017 (Next Tuesday) has targeted less than three million electorates to go to the poll next week to choose their president through the ballot box. As campaigns around the country by political parties ends on Sunday, the 8th of October, 2017, presidential candidates are going all about to win supports for their quest for the presidency, even though at the end of the day (When the election results are announced), one candidate will be given the mantle of powers as Liberia’s next president. At the same time, Liberians, the eligible voters are also working around the clock to see their candidate taken the lead come October 10, bragging that their candidates are the best choice for the Liberian people, at the same time assuring them to be the president in waiting.
