Indiana-headquartered financial services company Old National on Thursday said it has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Tennessee-based commercial bank CapStar. The deal with CapStar accelerates Old National's presence in Tennessee by bringing in $3.3 billion in total assets, $2.3 billion in total loans, and $2.8 billion in deposits as of Sept. 30.
