Members of the old students’ association in the country have been urged to complement government efforts at improving standards of education in their alma mater. He commended efforts of the old students at providing conducive learning environment in the school, particularly in such areas of provision of furniture, school toilet, beautification of school structures, payment of NECO fees for indigent students, provision of facilities to combat COVID-19 and encouragement of sporting activities, among other areas of assistance. He said that the planned reunion activities of the school would afford old students of different sets to meet and chart way forward for better development, adding that the occasion would also be used to ratify the constitution of the association. The chairman of the planning committee said that electoral committee would also be constituted to usher in umbrella leadership for the association, which he said would include different sets of the old students’ association for more improved coordination.
