A man has been sentenced after he knocked a woman out with one punch, causing her to have two teeth removed. The court heard that the woman had to have the two teeth removed. Liam Jewes, of Horsehedge Street, Oldham, stole the crate of beer from Eurocity mini market on Yorkshire Street on May 28 this year. Jewes, 33, pleaded guilty to both theft and attempted robbery and was sentenced at Minshull Street Crown Court on Tuesday, October 3. Pollitt, 37, pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal damage and was sentenced at Minshull Street Crown Court on Friday, September 29.
