El Maadarani and Nahouli cofounded Liban Fresh in 2020 to export Lebanese fruits and vegetables to Europe, supporting farmers during Lebanon’s financial crisis. In 2022, they expanded to agricultural commodities. The company has supported over 1,000 small farmers and currently exports to Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Jordan, and Kuwait. Since the start of 2025, Liban Fresh has reached a turnover of $1.5 million, while its agricultural commodities trading operations have generated $3 million.
