By Ben GlickmanOmega Flex named Dean Rivest as its next chief executive as current CEO Kevin Hoben becomes executive chairman. The Exton, Pa.-based maker of piping systems said that Edwin Moran would become president of the company, replacing Rivest in the role. Hoben, 77 years old, has served as chairman since 2019 and CEO since 2007. Rivest, 54, has been president of the company since 2022 and initially joined Omega Flex in 2000. Moran, 57, is currently executive vice president, overseeing sales and marketing.
