Nigerians may need another two decades to fully understand that the privatisation of the electrical power industry, with the unrealistic cap on electricity tariff, has been a monumental failure. Many people, who cannot understand what I am talking about, are in control of our decision-making process regarding power. The Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, a prisoner in the system, who cannot in anyway assert himself, is NOT one of the nincompoops.
