BLOOMSBURG – There is one political debate scheduled this year. The candidates who are hoping to replace state house member Dave Millard (R-109th, Berwick) will appear at a forum at Bloomsburg University. The university tells us, they’ll host a town hall next Tuesday in Carver Hall. A university spokesman says students from politics and journalism classes will moderate; questions will come from student groups and the audience. State house member Dave Millard of Berwick announced his retirement earlier this year, he’s been in office 18 years.
