A man has been arrested in a case filed over the apparent suicide of a man and his daughter after being denied justice. Sreepur police Sub-Inspector Kaiser Ahmed said Shaheed, 40, was a close associate of the case’s prime accused Faruk and was named in the case. Shaheed was arrested from his house in Goshinga union’s Karnapur village early Wednesday. New probe committee formedOn Wednesday afternoon, police announced that they were forming another probe committee to look into the incident. The other members of the committee are Additional Superintendent of Police Sadira Khatun, Additional SP Akhteruzzaman and Additional SP Solaiman.
