After weeks of setting up baits, hiding behind bushes, and patiently waiting, High Park Zoo staff finally captured one of their fugitive capybaras Sunday evening. An errant capybara is spotted at High Park, in these photos taken on Tuesday night. A High Park Zoo official confirmed the capture but was unable to provide any further details. “It was a team effort with parks staff, Toronto Wildlife Centre, and volunteers.” Another capybara still remains at large.
