The World Trade Centre is a Grade A commercial building of Sun Hung Kai Properties. Due to the fire, the following road sections are closed to all traffic:- Gloucester Road Service Road (Central bound) between Causeway Bay flyover and Victoria Park Road- Cannon Street- the section of Jaffe Road between Percival Street and Cannon Street- the section of Lockhart Road between Percival Street and Cannon Street- the section of Kingston Street (Gloucester Road bound) between Cleveland Street and Gloucester RoadMotorists cannot turn right from Gloucester Road Flyover to Gloucester Road Service Road. SHKP said World Trade Centre has immediately called the police and fire services once the fire broke out at noon, in order to facilitate evacuations.
