(File photo)A man is dead and three other people are injured following a crash between two vehicles on State Highway 2 in the Bay of Plenty on Saturday night. Emergency services were called to Whakamarama after the crash, between a car and a van, about 11.40pm. A national police media spokeswoman said a man died at the scene and three other people were transported to Tauranga Hospital with serious injuries. The Police Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
