Online learning at Brookhouse school for children in classes between Kindergarten and Grade Four will recommence tomorrow after the High court varied its earlier orders. Justice Weldon Korir allowed the virtual learning to resume for the pupils who wish to take part in it. The Court had on April 30 suspended online classes after some parents sued the school for failing to consult them on the mode of learning for their children. They argued that the acts of the school of offering the so-called ‘virtual classes’ at the same rate of fees and charges that school offers while in session is unlawful. The fees will be cleared regardless of whether the opportunity for virtual learning is accessed by parents.
