EPAJustice Gorsuch wrote the 5-4 decision; Justice Barrett wrote the dissent, siding with the liberals on this case related to the EPA’s “Good Neighbor” rule. Third decision: Securities and Exchange Commission v. JarkesyChief Justice Roberts wrote the 6-3 decision; Justice Sotomayor wrote the dissent. Fourth decision: Moyle v. United States and Idaho v.
