Profits at the independent production company behind RTÉ's ratings winner 'Operation Transformation' last year declined by 25pc to €210,661. "2019 was a very strong year for TV," said Phillip Kampff, director of Vision Independent Productions. Mr Kampff said that Operation Transformation - fronted by Kathryn Thomas - is "an important show" for the firm. Operation Transformation returned for a 13th series this year and the season averaged at 441,000 viewers - a 34.1pc audience share. Separate accounts lodged earlier this year show that accumulated profits at host Kathryn Thomas' company last year increased to €421,488.
