When Holly Suber visited Uganda for the first time she fell in love with its people and its traditions. This column is the history of how the power and love of one person can make a real difference. Children wanted to go to school and to learn, but resources were scarce. Back home, she did a pencil drawing of the shoes, and the shoes became the logo for her charity. The bowls will be sold online with all proceeds going to support the Hope Street Missions work in Uganda.
