Delhi 1986: Thirty years back, Delhi had a population of about 7 million. It would have been lovely if a network of public plazas and streets were created across the city. 2016: What Delhi could have beenA city of broad leafy boulevards and a high-quality public realm of plazas and pedestrian streets. There are too many stakeholders involved in the planning of Delhi with no clear goals to achieve a cohesive development strategy.
